The refunded amount would be credited to the customers bank account within 3 to 4 days.

(a) “You”/ “Client” means the Person/Persons in whose name or on whose behalf the booking is made.

(b) “We”/ “Us”/ “Company” means Parul Tours and Travels.

(c) “Independent Contractors” means Hotelier/Hotel owner, Owner of any airlines or shipping company or Railway, Ferry boat Owner/Operator/Coach owner/Operator, or any other person or organization who has been selected by the company to render services to the client.

(d) “Tour Cost” means the amount mentioned in the Total Tour Cost column in the booking form over leaf.

All information given in this brochure is based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any brochure information before or after your booking the tour due to any events beyond our control, Incase we are aware of any changes sufficiently in advance, we will notify you at the time of booking, other wise our Tour Manger to Local representative will inform you of the changes. Major road works may necessitate route changes In the itineraries Indian restaurants may close or change management, all of these may cause us to make changes in the itineraries. Where we know of these sufficiently in advance we will notify you, other wise our Tour Mangers or Local Representative will inform you of the changes on the spot. There are also very big fairs and exhibition, where all the hotels are fully booked well in advance, and therefore it may be necessary to stay in hotels In other cities.
The menus are pre-set menus provided for meals on the tour. The type of meals are clearly Indicated in the brochure. Unlike an airline, we cannot process a special meal nor do we guarantee a special diet to the client, except to the extent mentioned in the brochure and preferred by you. We however reserve to right to change the mal arrangement If circumstances make it necessary to do so In the event that the client wakes up late and misses the breakfast offered to him or the client is out on his own and reaches late and misses any meal offered to him by the company. then no claim can be made for the meal which he has missed and not utilized. The exact number of meals being served on each tour is mentioned in “What your Tour Price includes”.
Cancellations are subject to service provider and airline charges. These charges will be deducted before processing the refund.
No refund will be issued in case of a no-show or failure to avail services without prior intimation.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to our support team along with booking details and reason for cancellation.
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the services availed and the applicable vendor policies.
iWay Travels is not liable for delays or rejections of refunds by third-party vendors such as airlines or hotels.
In case of emergencies (medical or otherwise), refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with necessary supporting documents.
