We make every effort to provide you with the best services in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere at all times. We strive for your complete satisfaction to provide a safe, secure and enjoyable journey without any misunderstandings between the tour escorts, the Company and you at any time. The ‘Terms and Conditions’ given below, as also displayed on our website – www.Iwaytravels.com, the tour registration form and any other printed material and brochures form the basis of our contract with you. You are required to read, understand properly and accept all the terms and conditions, before you register yourself/ family/ friend for any of our tour(s). Definitions – “Passenger/ Traveler/ Tourist/ You/ Guest/ Client” means the person/ persons in whose name/ on whose behalf booking or registration is made. “Company/ We/ Us” means Vihar travels. “Brochure” means tentative products for sale. Both these terms can be used interchangeably.

• 5. Reimbursement to the Company of payment due and payable by the tourist but made on his behalf by the Company. Over and above the tour tariff paid by the tourist, if the Company pays any money for and on behalf of the tourist as by law required or otherwise, the same shall be reimbursed by the concerned tourist to the company forthwith on demand by the Company.

Iway travels is an organization that coordinates all the services of the tour to help the guest/s for undertaking the tour. Iway travels takes utmost care in selecting all the services and/or Independent Contractors who provide their services, to make our guest/s comfortable on tour. Iway travels select various aspects of the tour such as hotel, restaurant, airline, coach, shipping company etc. and does not have any control over operating of the same. Though Iway travels takes utmost care of our guest/s; Iway travels shall not be held responsible for any loss, harm, injury, death, damage caused by default, omission or act of employees or management of any such agencies or Independent Contractors. All the guest/s booking and / or registering for tour organized / proposed to be organized by Iway travels shall read, understand, abide by, strictly comply and observe all the terms and conditions laid down herein or in any / all other publications by Iway travels. We endeavour to update our guest/s from time to time by sending the guest/s various tour related instructions through sms / emails / telephone/ or by any other mode of communication, solely for convenience of the guest/s. Guest/s should check mails regularly for updates sent from Iway travels email id – toursiway@gmail.com and email from booking person as well as check sms sent by Iway travels on their mobile registered with Iway travels. Guest/s are advised to visit website www.iwaytravels.com to keep yourself updated with the Terms and Conditions, as Iway travels reserves right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior intimation.

iWay Travels The organizer is responsible for damages caused to the consumer as a result of complete or partial non-fulfillment of the contractually owed services, regardless of whether these are performed by him personally or by third-party service providers, unless he proves that the event is derived from a fact by the consumer (including initiatives, taken independently by the latter during the performance of the tourist services) or by the one not related to the provision of the services provided for in the contract, by chance, by force majeure or by circumstances that the organizer himself, after professional care, cannot reasonableness could foresee or resolve.

We try to maintain accurate tour descriptions, but are not liable for typographical or vendor-provided data errors.

In compliance with current legislation on personal data protection, the processing of personal data is carried out with accuracy, transparency, and lawful purposes, ensuring confidentiality and respecting individual rights.

It shall be sole responsibility of the guest/s to hold required valid travel documents and statutory clearances including court permissions, including passports, visas, confirmed travel tickets, travel insurance including medical treatment, Medical fitness certificate on tour or before departure as per the rules of visiting country any other document used to confirm the services of tour including an arrangement with independent contractor and other statutory certificates, to enable him/her to undertake tour. All travel documents are non-transferable and must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder, otherwise the booking may be cancelled.

The organizer is obliged to provide the consumer assistance measures imposed by the criterion of professional care solely with reference to the obligations imposed on him by law or contract. The organizer is not liable to the consumer for the intermediary iway travels agency’s failure to fulfill its obligations.
